摘  要:区块链技术已广泛应用于金融服务、政务服务、信息安全等诸多领域,并为优化城市营商环境创新赋能。目前我国城市营商环境存在着政务数据共享和业务协同不足、中小企业融资难、知识产权保护和维权机制不完善、社会信用体系有待完善等问题,而区块链技术在政务数据共享和监管、供应链金融、司法存证和信用数据共享上的应用,助力营商环境日渐优化。应积极推进“区块链+政务服务”实践,促进区块链应用政府监管,加强区块链数据安全技术应用,强化区块链核心技术研发,以更好地发挥区块链技术在优化城市营商环境中的重要作用。Blockchain technology has been widely used in many fields such as financial services,government services and information security,and has helped to optimize the city’s business environment innovation.At present there are still problems with China’s urban business environment,such as:insufficient data sharing and business collaboration,difficulty for small and medium-sized enterprises to get finance,loopholes in intellectual property rights protection and defending,and more work to perfect social credit system.While the application of blockchain technology in areas like government data sharing and supervision,supply chain finance,judicial depository and credit data sharing has helped to optimize the business environment day by day.So this study suggests that the“block chain+government services”and government supervision of block chain application should be promoted.Besides,the application of block chain data security technology and research and development of block chain core technology should be prioritized so as to better optimize urban business environment.
