摘  要:单元制动缸是将空气压力转化为机械推力,实现铁路客车调速或停车目的的基础制动装置,其呼吸器设置不当容易导致水汽进入单元制动缸内部,影响单元制动缸密封性能,使制动作用减弱或者失去制动作用。文章根据既有铁路客车单元制动缸的安装特点,介绍了一种防水能力达到IP×4M级的迷宫式呼吸器结构,可有效防止水汽进入单元制动缸内部,提高综合防水性能。Unit brake cylinder is the basic braking device which transforms air pressure into mechanical thrust,achieves purpose of speed control or parking of railway passenger car.Improper setting of ventilator of unit brake cylinder may cause water vapor enters inside of unit brake cylinder so as to affect sealing performance of unit brake cylinder,weaken or lost braking action.According to mounting features of unit brake cylinder for existing railway passenger car,the structure of labyrinth ventilator which waterproof ability reaches level IP×4M is described in the article.The water vapor can be Areventeel to enter inside of unit brake cylinder effectively by wsing the labyrinth ventilator.The comprehensive waterproof performance is improven.
