摘　　要：介绍了铁路货车轴承热轴时的轴承密封罩脱出、滚子异常接触、内外圈滚道擦伤剥离、轴承组装质量不良及环状条纹等几种典型故障,分析了典型故障产生的原因,并提出了相应的防范措施与建议。Several kinds of typical faults such as coming off of sealing cover of bearing,abnormal contact of roller,scratch and peeling of inner and outer raceway,poor assembly quality of bearing and circular striation and etc when hot box fault occurs in the bearing on railway freight car are described,the reasons of typical faults are analyzed,and relevant preventive measures and suggestions are provided.
