摘  要:对水溶性维纶纤维进行性能测试,并和普通维纶纤维进行对比。结果表明:不同水溶温度的水溶性维纶纤维的纵向形态基本相似,较平直光滑,而普通维纶纤维纵向有明显沟槽;水溶性维纶纤维和普通维纶纤维的红外光谱基本相同,表现出维纶纤维的典型特征谱带,水溶性维纶纤维产生较强的H—O—H吸收带;水溶性维纶纤维的断裂强度小于普通维纶纤维,断裂伸长率大于普通维纶纤维;水溶性维纶纤维的卷曲数、卷曲率、卷曲回复率、卷曲弹性率略高于普通维纶纤维;随着水浴温度的升高,水溶性维纶纤维的溶解程度提升。The properties of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers were tested and compared with common polyvinyl alcohol fibers.The results show that the longitudinal morphology of polyvinyl alcohol fibers with different water solution temperature are analogous and smooth and straight,while the longitudinal groove of common polyvinyl alcohol fiber is obviously visible.The IR Spectra of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers and common polyvinyl alcohol fibers are basically the same,showing the typical characteristic bands of polyvinyl alcohol fiber,and the H—O—H absorption band of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers are stronger.The breaking strength of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers are less than that of ordinary polyvinyl alcohol fibers,and the breaking elongation is greater than that of ordinary polyvinyl alcohol fibers.The crimp number,crimp ratio,crimp recovery ratio and crimp elastic ratio of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fibers are slightly higher than those of ordinary polyvinyl alcohol fiber.With the increase of water bath temperature,the solubility of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol increases.
