摘  要:采用纯形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU)整理剂和含有不同质量分数纳米SiO_(2)的SiO_(2)/SMPU复合整理剂对青花瓷印花棉织物进行整理,并进行织物折皱回复性、断裂强力、色牢度等性能的测试。结果表明:纯SMPU整理剂降低了织物的断裂强力,而含有纳米SiO_(2)的SiO_(2)/SMPU复合整理剂不仅能提高织物的断裂强力和断裂强力保持率,同时还改善了织物的色牢度;在纳米SiO_(2)质量分数为6%时,织物的折皱回复性最好,有效解决了棉织物易起皱、洗后免烫性差、整理色牢度差的问题。The blue and white design cotton fabrics were finished by the pure SMPU shape memory finishing agent and different nano-SiO_(2)mass fraction of SiO_(2)/SMPU composite finishing agent,and the crease recovery rate,breaking strength and color fastness of the fabric were tested.The experimental results show that there is some strength loss of fabric finished by pure SMPU shape memory finishing agent,but SiO_(2)/SMPU composite finishing agent can improve the breaking strength and breaking strength retention rate of the fabric,and the color fastness of the fabric was also improved.When the mass fraction of nano-SiO_(2)is 6%,the crease recovery rate was the best.It has effectively solved the problems that cotton fabrics are prone to wrinkle,poor ironing property after washing and poor color fastness after finishing.
