摘　　要：针对百万机组数据量大、逻辑页面多、多人并行交互调试的应用场景,设计开发了在麒麟系统上运行的符合IEC611313标准的工控组态软件SmartIC。该软件采用组件化集成框架,基于虚拟消息总线进行组件间交互;充分利用麒麟多核环境,采用多线程快读机制实时形成、刷新展示组态之间信号引用跳转关系;设计了基于位置视觉和能量流传递相结合的多级反馈图形程序的拓扑排序算法,实现了图形化页面符号自动准确执行。软件支持批量查找替换、导入导出、组态备份等快捷功能。软件在DCS项目中进行了工程应用,稳定可靠,具备工程推广应用条件。Aiming at the application scenario of millions of units with large amount of data,many logic pages and multi-person parallel interactive debugging,SmartIC is designed and developed as an industrial control configuration software conforming to IEC61131 running in Kirin system.The software adopts the componentized integration framework and carries out the interaction between components based on the virtual message bus.The software makes full use of Kirin multi-core environment and adopts multi-thread fast reading mechanism to form and refresh the signal reference relation between POU configuration in real time.Based on the combination of position vision and energy flow transfer,the topological sorting algorithm of multilevel feedback graphics program is implemented in the software design,and the graphical page symbols are executed automatically and accurately.The software supports batch search and replace,import and export,configuration backup and other fast functions.The software has been applied in DCS project,which is stable and reliable,and has the condition of batch engineering application.
