摘 要:碳纤维复合材料(C/E)具有强度大、比重小、耐疲劳、耐磨损等特点,因此在汽车应用广泛。为研究汽车用碳纤维复合材料的磨削温度特性,本文采用三角形热源模型对碳纤维复合材料的磨削温度特性行了有限元仿真,得到温度分布情况。分析热源模型、网格模型、磨削用量等对磨削温度场的影响,得出一些重要结论。利用热电偶方法测量了磨削温度,并将仿真结果与实验结果相对比。结果表明,仿真与实验结果基本一致。Carbon fiber composites(C/E)are widely used in automobiles because of their high strength,low specific gravity,fatigue resistance and wear resistance.In order to study the grinding temperature characteristics of carbon fiber composites(CFRP).Three dimensional numerical simulations in surface grinding of CFRP were carried out by using the triangle heat source model,and the distribution of work-piece’s temperature field was obtained easily.The factors which could affect the grinding temperature field were analyzed such as the heat source model,the grinding parameters,and some important conclusions were given.The grinding temperature was measured by thermocouple method,and the simulation results were compared with those obtained from experimental measurements.A good agreement was found between the FEM results and experimental observations.
