摘  要:为分析充电基础设施建设和运营的经济性,以海南省为例,基于充电基础设施建设和运营投资成本、运营收益、残值收益,搭建了全生命周期经济性测算模型。以60 k W和120 kW直流快充桩为例,对不同功率充电设施经济性进行测算。通过分析,得到充电基础设施在2年和3年内实现盈利需输出的电量和服务新能源汽车的数量,为政府和企业规划充电桩功率和数量提供理论和数据支撑,确保充电运营商在实现盈利的情况下,推动充电市场可持续发展。In order to analyze the economy of charging infrastructure construction and operation,this paper takes Hainan province as an example.Based on the charging infrastructure construction and operation investment cost,operation income,residual value income,Hainan province establishes the whole life cycle economy calculation model.Taking 60 kW and 120 k W DC fast charging piles as examples,the economy of charging facilities with different power is calculated.Through analysis,this paper aims to get the power output and the number of new energy vehicles that the charging infrastructure needs to service in two years and three years,which can provide theoretical and data support for the government and enterprises to plan the power and number of charging piles,and ensure that the charging operators can promote the sustainable development of the charging market in the case of achieving profits.
