摘  要:随着数字化的发展,数字主线和数字孪生技术在制造业被广泛应用。为了缩短汽车发动机的试验开发周期,降低开发和验证的成本,基于模型与硬件相结合的虚拟测试技术广泛应用在汽车发动机开发中。通过物理模型的搭建、实时模型的转化、软硬件集成环境的搭建和虚拟环境测试验证,阐述了发动机的虚拟测试原理和流程,并进行VVT扫描与点火角扫描应用案例探索研究,验证了虚拟测试方法论的有效性。With the development of digitization,digital thread and digital twin technology are widely used in various manufacturing industries.In order to shorten the automotive engine test development cycle and reduce the cost of development and verification,virtual test technology based on model and hardware is widely used in automotive engine development.Through the setup of physical model,the conversion of real-time model,the setup of software and hardware integrated environment and the test and verification of virtual environment,this paper expounds the principle and process of virtual test of engine,and explores the application cases on VVT sweep and ignition angle sweep.The validity of virtual testing methodology is verified.
