摘 要:随机选取池塘专养模式下中华鳖余姚本地品系同生群雄性养成品(养殖月龄25个月,体质量(363.7±56.2)g)30只作为研究对象,以体质量(BW)、净体质量(NW)、体长(X_(1))、体宽(X_(2))、体高(X_(3))、头高(X_(4))、颈长(X_(5))、眼间距(X_(6))、背甲长(X_(7))、裙边宽(X_(8))、裙边厚(X9)、左后肢长(X_(10))、左后肢上臂长(X_(1)1)为测定性状,采用多元分析法定量研究了形态性状对体质量(BW)和净体质量(NW)的影响效应。结果表明:(1)在11项形态性状中,变异系数以X_(5)为最大,X_(1)最小,其中与捕食和体质显著相关的形态性状具较大的变异系数,NW的变异系数明显大于BW,更具选育潜力;(2)经相关分析,与BW、NW呈极显著相关(P<0.01),且相关系数达到0.8以上的形态性状排序分别为X_(10)>X_(5)>X_(1)>X_(8)>X_(2)和X_(5)>X_(10)>X_(8);(3)经通径分析和复相关分析,BW与被保留的X_(2)、X_(5)、X_(10)的决定系数加和值和复相关指数均为0.958,NW与被保留的X_(5)、X_(8)的决定系数加和值和复相关指数分别为0.918和0.921;(4)经偏回归分析,用于估算BW和NW的最优方程依次为:BW=1.283X_(2)+1.309X_(5)+1.962X_(10)+27.136和NW=1.713X_(5)+4.635X_(8)-16.368。30 male Trionyx sinensis of Yuyao local strain(25 months old,(363.7±56.2)g body weight)were randomly selected from the pond monoculture mode as research objects.Body weight(BW),net body weight(NW),body length(X_(1)),body width(X_(2)),body height(X_(3)),head height(X_(4)),neck length(X_(5)),eye spacing(X_(6)),dorsal nail length(X_(7)),skirt width(X_(8)),skirt thickness(X9),length of left hind limb(X_(10))and length of left hind limb upper arm(X_(1)1)were taken as the measured traits and use multivariate analysis method study effects of morphological characters on BW(body mass)and NW(net body weight)of T.sinensis.The results show that:(1)Among the 11 morphological traits,the variation coefficient of X_(5) was the largest,and X_(1) was the smallest.The morphological traits significantly related to predation and physical fitness had the largest variation coefficient,and the variation coefficient of NW was significantly greater than that of BW,which had more breeding potential;(2)Correlation analysis showed that the morphological traits were significantly correlated with BW and NW(P<0.01)and the order of morphological traits with correlation coefficients above 0.8 was X_(10)>X_(5)>X_(1)>X_(8)>X_(2) and X_(5)>X_(10)>X_(8);(3)Through path analysis and complex correlation analysis,the sum of determination coefficients and complex correlation index between BW and reserved X_(2),X_(5) and X_(10) were 0.958,and the sum of determination coefficients and complex correlation index between NW and reserved X_(5) and X_(8) were 0.918 and 0.921;(4)According to partial regression analysis,the optimal equations for estimating BW and NW respectively were BW=1.283X_(2)+1.309X_(5)+1.962X_(10)+27.136,NW=1.713X_(5)+4.635X_(8)-16.368.
