摘 要:油品蒸发会导致油品质量下降,透气造成环境污染并且危害工作人员身体健康。本文主要以运动船舶为研究对象,以30万t油船的燃油舱为原型,采用1/40缩尺模型舱和六自由度晃荡平台,分析加注作业过程中含有轻质成分的油品透气现象。在一定运动强度的前提下,研究不同的加注速率对油品蒸发速率、蒸发量的影响。结果表明,在运动强度一定时,油品加注速率越快,所需作业时间越少,单位体积扰动能越大,试验油品蒸发速率越快,油品蒸发量减少;对比静止加注作业,运动船舶加注过程油品蒸发速率越快,蒸发量越大。本文研究船舶燃油加注作业的优化,为船舶加注作业油气回收方面研究提供依据。Evaporation of oil causes the quality of oil to reduce,and ventilation causes environmental pollution and endangers the health of workers.This article mainly takes moving ships as the research object,takes the fuel tank of a 300000 t oil tanker as a prototype,uses 1/40 scale model cabin and a six-degree-of-freedom sloshing platform,and analyzes the gas permeability phenomenon of oil containing light components during the filling operation.Under the premise of a certain sway intensity,the effects of different filling rates on the oil evaporation rate and evaporation amount are studied.The results show that at a certain sway intensity,the faster the oil filling rate,the shorter the required filling operation time and the greater the perturbation energy per unit volume,the faster the test oil evaporation rate and the reduced oil evaporation;compared to static in the refueling operation,the faster the evaporation rate of oil during the refueling process of a moving vessel,the greater the evaporation amount.This paper studies the optimization of ship bunkering operations,and provides a basis for the research of oil and gas recovery in ship bunkering operations.
