摘  要:设计了一种硅胶条新型钉节点,并对新型钉节点木剪力墙进行了抗侧性能研究。首先对三组不同类型的钉节点进行单调加载试验,分析了不同类型钉节点的破坏模式、承载能力和变形能力。在钉节点试验的基础上,对2组4面墙体分别进行了单调加载和低周反复加载试验,分析了不同墙体的破坏模式,并通过试验获得了墙体的极限荷载、抗侧刚度、延性系数和耗能等。试验结果表明:新型钉节点木剪力墙加载后破坏较为轻微,维修成本较低;新型钉节点剪力墙较常规钉节点剪力墙具有更高的承载能力和刚度,但耗能和延性略有降低。承载能力和刚度的提高有利于降低灾害造成的结构损害,因此硅胶条新型钉节点成为轻型木结构剪力墙的一种新选择,对于日后实际工程具有一定的意义。In this paper,a new type of nail joint with silica gel strip is designed,and the lateral resistance of the new type of wood shear wall with nail joint is studied. At first,the monotone loading test of five groups of different nail nodes is carried out,and the failure mode,bearing capacity and deformation capacity of different nail nodes are analyzed.On the basis of the nailing test,the two groups of four-sided walls are subjected to monotone loading and low-cycle repeated loading,and the failure modes under different loading modes are analyzed. The ultimate load,lateral stiffness,ductility coefficient and energy dissipation of the walls are obtained through the test.The test results show that the damage of the new type of shear wall with nail joints is relatively minor and the maintenance cost is low.The new shear wall with nail joint has higher bearing capacity and stiffness than the conventional shear wall,but the energy consumption and ductility are slightly reduced. The improvement of bearing capacity and stiffness is conducive to the reduction of structural damage caused by disasters. Therefore,the new type of silica gel bar nail joint becomes a new choice for light-weight wood-structure shear wall,which has certain significance for future practical projects.
