磁振热、超短波、电脑中频配合推拿综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨推拿联合综合物理因子治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法抽取该院2018年4月—2019年5月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者82例为研究对象,采用完全双盲法将其分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组予以推拿治疗,研究组予以推拿+综合物理因子治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果①研究组治疗总有效率97.56%显著高于对照组80.49%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.493,P<0.05);②研究组治疗后腰椎屈曲度(71.49±6.22)°、侧屈度(51.38±8.92)°、旋转度(46.03±7.52)°显著高于对照组(60.13±8.34)°、(45.86±11.83)°、(39.71±9.14)°,差异有统计学意义(t=6.991、2.386、3.419,P<0.05)。结论在推拿治疗基础上,予以腰椎间盘突出症患者综合物理因子治疗,可促进腰椎功能恢复,改善腰椎活动度。Objective To explore the effect of massage combined with comprehensive physical factors in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 82 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group with 41 cases each by a completely double-blind method.The control group was treated with massage,and the study group was treated with massage+comprehensive physical factors,to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results 1.The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.56%was significantly higher than that in the control group 80.49%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.493,P<0.05);2.The flexion of the lumbar spine in the study group after treatment was(71.49±6.22)°and the degree of lateral flexion(51.38±8.92)°rotation(46.03±7.52)°was significantly higher than the control group(60.13±8.34)°,(45.86±11.83)°,(39.71±9.14)°,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.991,2.386,3.419,P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of massage therapy,comprehensive physical factor therapy for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can promote the recovery of lumbar spine function and improve lumbar spine mobility.
