臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗门诊阴道炎的疗效探析

摘　　要：目的探讨臭氧联合阴道塞药治疗门诊阴道炎的疗效探析。方法将该院2018年12月—2020年1月收治的332例阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各166例。对照组使用硝酸咪康唑栓阴道塞药疗法进行治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用臭氧进行治疗,对比两组阴道炎患者的治疗有效率、痊愈疗程长短情况、细菌检出率和复发率,对联合护理干预的应用价值予以客观评价。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.59%高于对照组的59.03%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=72.643,P<0.05);从痊愈疗程长短情况来看,观察组的有效时间(3.20±0.11)d和痊愈时间(4.60±0.23)d分别都少于对照组的有效时间(4.90±0.35)d和痊愈时间(6.80±0.31)d,差异有统计学意义(t=59.701、73.432,P<0.05);从细菌的检出率和复发率来看,根据两组检测的数据,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧联合阴道塞药来治疗阴道炎的方法,缩短患者的有效时间和痊愈时间,具有显著的临床疗效,同时也加速了患者的康复进程,降低细菌的检出率和复发率。Objective To explore the curative effect of ozone combined with vaginal suppository in the treatment of outpatient vaginitis.Methods A total of 332 vaginitis patients admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to January 2020 were taken as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,166 cases in each.The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate suppository vaginal embedment therapy,and the observation group was treated with ozone in combination on this basis,and compared the treatment efficiency,healing period,bacterial detection rate and recurrence rate of the two groups of vaginitis patients.Objectively evaluated the application value of joint nursing intervention.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.59%higher than that of the control group's 59.04%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=72.643,P<0.05).In terms of the length of healing treatment,the effective time(3.20±0.11)d and healing time(4.60±0.23)d of the observation group were less than those of the control group(4.90±0.35)d and healing time(6.80±0.31)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=59.701,73.432,P<0.05);from the perspective of the detection rate and recurrence rate of bacteria,according to the data of the two groups,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of ozone combined with vaginal plug medicine to treat vaginitis can shorten the effective time and recovery time of patients,and has significant clinical effects.It also accelerates the recovery process of patients and reduces the detection rate and recurrence rate of bacteria.
