医护一体化快速康复理念在结直肠癌患者围术期护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究结直肠癌患者围术期护理中应用医护一体化快速康复理念的临床价值。方法将该院2018年11月—2019年11月期间收治的80例行外科手术治疗的结直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各组均40例。围术期对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者应用医护一体化快速康复理念。统计并对比两组患者的胃肠减压时间、下床活动时间、排气时间、进食时间及住院时间,并调查患者的护理满意度。结果观察组患者平均胃肠减压时间、下床活动时间、排气时间、进食时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.784、10.811、9.580、11.643、11.241,P<0.001)。在护理满意度上,观察组、对照组依次为95.00%、75.00%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.275,P=0.012)。结论与结直肠癌患者围术期护理中应用医护一体化快速康复理念能有效提高手术效果,加快患者康复进程,提高护理满意度。Objective To study the clinical value of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation of integrated medical and nursing care in the perioperative nursing of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,80 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing surgical treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care during the perioperative period,and patients in the observation group were treated with the concept of rapid recovery of integrated medical and nursing care.Statistics and comparison of the gastrointestinal decompression time,the time of getting out of bed,the time of exhaust,the time of eating and the length of hospitalization of the two groups of patients,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients were investigated.Results The average gastrointestinal decompression time,time to get out of bed,exhaust time,eating time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.784,10.811,9.580,11.643,11.241,P<0.001).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group and the control group were 95.00%and 75.00%respectively,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.275,P=0.012).Conclusion Applying the concept of rapid recovery of integrated medical and nursing care in the perioperative nursing of patients with colorectal cancer can effectively improve the effect of surgery,speed up the recovery process of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
