摘　　要：脱硫石膏砌块是一种符合可持续发展要求的新型环保墙体材料.分析试验用脱硫建筑石膏及粉煤灰的物理力学性能和化学成分,通过添加助剂设计了4组配合比,利用注浆成型技术制备脱硫石膏空心砌块.对制品的外观尺寸、断裂荷载及耐水性进行了分析测试,得出砌块配合比中粉煤灰的最佳掺量为23%左右;研究了养护制度对制品强度的影响,得出砌块合适的养护方式为干热养护,养护温度为70℃±5℃,养护时间为10~14 h.The desulfurization gypsum block is a new environmental protection wall material meeting the requirement of sustainable development.We analyzed the physical and mechanical properties and chemical composition of experimental building desulfurization gypsum and fly ash,designed four mix proportion groups by adding auxiliary,and used the grouting molding technology to prepare desulfurization gypsum hollow block.We analyzed and tested the exterior size of the products,breaking load and water resistance and concluded that the optimum content of fly ash in the block proportion of 23%.To study the influences of curing system strength of products,it is concluded that the appropriate maintenance way is hot curing,curing temperature is 70℃±5℃,and the curing time is 10~14 h.
