摘 要:为了明确稻麦轮作秸秆还田对土壤微生物多样性的影响,对江苏泗洪稻米基地的麦田土壤进行了高通量测序及分析。结果表明:与稻麦秸秆均不还田的对照相比,水稻秸秆还田提高了土壤细菌的多样性;小麦秸秆还田提高了土壤真菌的多样性;其他还田方式也在一定程度上影响了土壤微生物的多样性。说明稻麦秸秆还田改变了土壤微生物群落结构以及微生物菌群的相对丰度。In order to study the effects of different straw returning patterns on soil microbial diversity,high-throughput sequencing and analysis of wheat field soil in Sihong rice base were carried out.The results showed that compared with the control(without rice and wheat straw returning to the field),the soil bacterial diversity was increased after rice straw returning to field,and the soil fungal diversity was increased after wheat straw returning.The other straw returning patterns also affected the soil microbial diversity to a certain extent.Straw returning changed soil microbial community structure and relative abundance.
