摘  要:从云南省主要烟区采集并分离到27株烟草黑胫病菌菌株,采用生长速率法测定了这些菌株对11种药剂的抗性水平。结果显示:11种药剂对烟草黑胫病菌均有一定的抑制作用,由强到弱依次为:50%烯酰吗啉、50%福美异菌脲、50%氟吗·乙铝、55%菌核净·锰锌、4%春雷霉素、12.5%腈菌唑、15%三唑酮、20%噁霉·稻瘟灵、70%甲基硫菌灵、50%多菌灵、72.2%霜霉威。烟草黑胫病菌对烯酰吗啉的抗性频率为40.74%,其中菌株WS-7表现为中抗,其余菌株表现为敏感和低抗;对福美异菌脲的抗性频率达100%,均为低抗和中抗菌株;对其余9种药剂的抗性频率均为100%,且均为高抗菌株。In order to determine the resistance of different strains of tobacco black shank to 11 fungicides,27 Strains of tobacco black shank were collected and isolated from the different regions in Yunan Province.The resistance of tobacco black shank to 11 fungicides was detected by plate growth rate method.The results showed that 11 fungicides had some inhibitory effects on tobacco black shank,and the inhibitory effects ranged from strong to weak:50% dimethomorph,50% fomisourea,50% fluoro·aluminum,55% sclerotinium·manganese,4% kasugamycin,12.5% myclobutanil,15% Triadimefon,20% Hypoxamethoxin·Pyricularia,70% Thiophanate·methyl,50% Carbendazim and 72.2% Propamocarb.The resistance frequency of Phytophthora nicotianae to 50% dimethomorph was 40.74% .Among the resistant strains,except for WS-7,which was medium resistance to dimethomorph,the others were sensitive and low antibacterial groups.The resistance frequency of phytophthora nicotianae to 50% fomisourea was 100% ,and all were low and medium resistant strains.The resistance frequency of Phytophthora nicotianae to the other 9 fungicides was 100% ,and all were highly resistant strains.
