摘　　要：目的探讨微针点阵射频(Microneedle fractional radiofrequency,MFR)治疗眼周静态皱纹的安全性和疗效。方法通过前瞻性、随机、自身对照、评估者盲法评价的临床试验,评估20例眼周静态皱纹患者经过MFR治疗后眼周整体外观、皱纹和黑色素指数的变化。结果患者自身和独立评估者评估结果显示,MFR治疗后整体美容效果改善评分(global aesthetic scales,GAIS)和皱纹评分(VISIA)有显著改善(P<0.05),同时眼周区域未见黑色素密度的升高(P>0.05)。未观察到与治疗相关的不良反应。结论MFR治疗眼周静态皱纹安全、有效。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of the microneedle fractional radiofrequency(MFR)system for the treatment of periorbital wrinkles.Methods A prospective,split-face,evaluator-blind clinical trial was conducted to study the change of the overall appearance,color,and wrinkles in 20 patients with periorbital wrinkles before and after MFR treatment.Results Both patients and independent evaluators found significant improvement on the global aesthetic scales(GAIS)and wrinkles scale(VISIA system)after the MFR treatment(P<0.05).No trends of increased melanin density in the periorbital area were found(P>0.05).No treatment related side effects were observed.Conclusion MFR is a safe and effective modality for treating the periorbital wrinkles.
