摘 要:在颅颌面外科及神经外科领域,颅骨游离骨瓣的应用较为广泛。可切断颅骨的固有血供,将游离的颅骨骨瓣重新排列,以重塑发育畸形的颅腔。游离颅骨瓣也可用于因去颅瓣减压术或创伤等引起的颅骨缺损的修补。颅骨瓣移植后的愈合及成骨是一个复杂的过程,多种因素参与并影响了这一过程。本文就游离颅骨瓣移植后的成活机制及相关影响因素进行文献综述。In craniofacial surgery and neurosurgery,the free cranial bone flap is widely used.The inherent blood supply of skull can be cut off,and the free skull flap can be rearranged to reshape the deformed cranial cavity.The free skull flap can also be used to repair the skull defects caused by decompressive craniectomy or trauma.The healing and osteogenesis after skull flap transplantation is a complicated process,and many factors are involved in the process.In this paper,the survival mechanism and related influencing factors after free skull flap transplantation were reviewed.
