摘 要:家畜繁殖学实验教学中对马绒毛膜促性腺激素效价的测定,通常采用小鼠子宫增重等生物学方法,实验准备时间长、操作步骤多、影响因素多、饲养成本高、测定灵敏度不高。针对传统测定方法存在的不足,在长期从事相关科研和教学的基础上,对测定方法进行了改进,建议使用酶联免疫吸附法,并提出了测定过程中的步骤与需要注意的事项,以期为提高家畜繁殖学实验教学效果提供参考。The determination of concentration of equine chorionic gonadotropin usually based on biological methods such as mouse uterine weight gain in the experimental lesson of reproduction in domestic animals.However,the biological methods were characterized by a long preparation time,complex experimental procedure and factors,high cost in feeding and low sensitive.In view of the shortcomings of these traditional methods,it had been improved based on our long-term research and teaching.It was recommended to use enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and experimental procedure and matters needed attention were suggested,in order to provide a reference for improving the effect of experimental teaching of reproduction in domestic animals.
