新疆霍尔果斯口岸2000-2015年的贸易发展与启示

摘　　要：新疆霍尔果斯口岸是中国最西部的对外开放口岸之一,自对外开放以来,持续发挥着重要贸易港口的作用。历史发展进入新纪元后,口岸迎来了新的发展机遇,2000—2015年的贸易发展情况表明,中哈两国稳定的政治与社会环境是口岸持续发展的重要保障,两国政府颁行的利好政策是口岸进一步发展的重要动力。新时代,中哈双方应进一步加强合作交流,用好、建好霍尔果斯口岸贸易区,为两国人民创造更多、更大的经济利益,携手共建“丝绸之路经济带”,为两国边境营造更为和谐稳定的发展环境。Xinjiang Horgas Pass is one of the most western part of China’s open ports,Since it opening to the outside world which has continuously played the role of an important trading port.After history enters a new era,the development of ports has ushered in new development opportunities.The trade development of Horgas Pass from 2000 to 2015 shows that the stable political and social environment of China and Kazakhstan is key which decide the port’s sustainable development.And the favorable policies issued by the two governments are an important driving force for the further development of the port.In the new era,China and Kazakhstan should further strengthen cooperation and exchanges,and make good use of the Horgos Pass Trade Zone to cre⁃ate more and richer economic benefits for two countries people.Two country work together to build the“Silk Road Economic Belt”also can create a more harmonious and stable development environment for two border。
