摘 要:深茂铁路跨阳茂高速公路特大桥主跨160 m钢管拱自密实砼按铁路相关规范进行试配,各项指标均满足规范要求,但在试灌施工中出现堵管现象。究其原因主要为铁路规范未对钢管拱自密实砼工作性能提出特殊要求,同时在灌注工艺细节上存在不足。通过试验对自密实砼配合比进行优化,工作性能满足要求,并根据钢管拱砼顶升浇筑原理对灌注关键工艺细节进行严格把控,最终实现了阳茂特大桥钢管拱砼的顺利灌注。According to the relevant railway codes,the paper introduced a trial mix proportion of self-compacting concrete for steel tube arch of the 160 m main span of the Shenyang-Haikou Expressway Super Large Bridge of Shenzhen-Maoming Railway,all the indicators met the requirements of the regulations,but the pipe blockage occurred in the trial pouring construction.The main reason is that the special requirements on the working performance of self-compacting concrete of steel tube arch are not addressed in the railway code,and there are some deficiencies in the details of pouring technology.By optimizing the mix proportion of self-compacting concrete with test,the working performance meets the requirements,and according to the principle of concrete-filled steel tubular arch,the key process details of the pouring technology are strictly controlled,and the smooth pouring of concrete into the steel tubular arch of Yangmao Bridge is finally realized.
