摘　　要：由于社会人口的老龄化,新医疗技术的不断出现以及社会对医疗保健的需求不断增加,医疗费用的迅速上涨已成为当今社会的一个问题。按疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)被公认为是世界上最先进的支付方式之一,也是医疗保险支付方式改革精细管理的重要标志。它可以在一定程度上控制医疗费用的不合理增长。在参考大量文献的基础上,本研究阐述了DRGs实施的背景,费用控制的原理和方法,分析通过DRGs这一医保支付方式的改革能否有效控制医疗费用的不合理增长,以及在实施过程中可能出现的问题,从而提出一些可行性对策或建议。Due to the aging of the social population,the continuous emergence of new medical technology and the increasing demand for medical care,the rapid rise of medical costs has become a problem in today's society.Diagnosis-related groups(DRGs)is recognized as one of the most advanced payment methods in the world,and it is also an important symbol of fine management in the reform of medical insurance payment methods.It can control the unreasonable increase of medical expenses to a certain extent.On the basis of a large number of references,this paper expounds the background of DRGs implementation,the principle and method of cost control,and analyzes whether the unreasonable growth of medical expenses and the possible problems in the implementation process could be effectively controlled by the reform of DRGs,a kind of medical payment,so as to put forward some feasible countermeasures or suggestions.
