雾化吸入氨溴索联合布地奈德辅助治疗新生儿肺炎患儿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨雾化吸入氨溴索联合布地奈德辅助治疗新生儿肺炎患儿的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月广州市花都区妇幼保健院收治的72例新生儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各36例。应用雾化吸入氨溴索联合布地奈德辅助治疗的是观察组,单纯应用氨溴索雾化吸入治疗的是对照组。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、住院时间及临床症状消失时间。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率更高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间及肺部啰音、呼吸困难、口吐泡沫、口周发绀消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对新生儿肺炎患儿,采用雾化吸入氨溴索联合布地奈德辅助治疗,可降低不良反应发生率,取得极佳的治疗效果,安全有效,缩短住院时间,加快患儿康复速度,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nebulized inhalation of ambroxol combined with budesonide in the adjuvant treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 72 patients with neonatal pneumonia admitted to Guangzhou Huadu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with atomized inhalation of ambroxol combined with budesonide,while the control group was treated with atomized inhalation of ambroxol alone.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,length of hospital stay,and time of disappearance of clinical symptoms were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The total incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay and the disappearance of lung rales,dyspnea,foam at the mouth,and cyanosis around the mouth in the observation group were shorter than those the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neonatal pneumonia of children,nebulized inhalation of ambroxol combined with budesonide auxiliary treatment,can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and clinical excellent treatment effect could be obtained.It is safe and effective,and can reduce the length of hospital stay,speed up the patients recovered,and have clinical application value.
