氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗面部脂溢性皮炎患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨对面部脂溢性皮炎使用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合复方多粘菌素B软膏的治疗效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月沈阳市苏家屯区中心医院收治的面部脂溢性皮炎患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组100例,用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗,对照组100例,用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应,评价两组治疗后1、2、3个月复发率,湿疹面积及严重度指数(EASI)评分,以及皮肤油脂水分含量。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗效果优(P<0.05),不良反应低(P<0.05),治疗后1、2、3个月复发率较低(P<0.05),治疗后1、2、3个月EASI评分改善(P<0.05),治疗后1、2、3个月皮肤油脂含量降低(P<0.05),治疗后1、2、3个月皮肤水分含量提高(P<0.05)。结论对面部脂溢性皮炎使用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗,可有效提高面部油脂水分含量,改善湿疹症状,不良反应低,治疗后复发率低,治疗效果显著,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effects of butyl flufenamate cream combined with compound polymyxin B cream in the treatment of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,a total of 200 patients with seborrheic dermatitis admitted to Central Hospital of Sujiatun District,Shenyang City,were selected as the research objects and were divided into 2 groups.A total of 100 patients in the observation group were treated with butyl Flufenamate cream combined with compound polymyxin B cream,and 100 patients in the control group were treated with butyl flufenamate cream.The treatment effect and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared,and the recurrence rate and Eczema area and severity index(EASI)scores and skin oil moisture content of the 2 groups after 1,2 and 3 months of treatment were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,treatment effect in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The observation group had lower adverse reactions(P<0.05),lower recurrence rate at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05),improved EASI score at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05),decreased skin oil content at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05),and increased skin moisture content at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis with butyl flufenamate cream combined with compound polymyxin B cream can effectively improve the moisture content of facial oil and improve the indications of eczema,and adverse reactions.After treatment,the recurrence rate is low,the treatment effect is significant,and it has clinical application value.
