摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症出院患者药物使用情况。方法抽取中山市第三人民医院2020年1—4月精神分裂症患者的出院带药处方单,并分析其精神药品品种及用药情况。结果146例精神分裂症出院患者中,非典型抗精神病药、情感稳定剂、苯二氮䓬类和抗抑郁药已成为精神分裂症治疗的主要药物;多种药物联用较多,其中以二联用药和三联用药为主(61.65%)。结论该院精神分裂症患者出院用药情况基本合理,主要以非典型抗精神病药物治疗为主,多采用联合治疗,取得较好疗效,但仍需多关注药物相互作用。Objective To explore the drug use of discharged patients with schizophrenia.Methods The discharge drug prescriptions of schizophrenia patients admitted to Zhongshan Third People’s Hospital from January to April 2020 were extracted,and the psychotropic drug varieties and drug use were analyzed.Results Among the 146 patients with schizophrenia discharged from hospital,antipical antipsychotics,mood stabilizers,benzodiazepines and antidepressants have become the main drugs for the treatment of schizophrenia.Many drugs were used in combination,among which the 2 combined drugs and the 3 combined drugs were the main ones(61.65%).Conclusion The drug treatment scheme for schizophrenia patients discharged from hospital is basically reasonable,mainly with atypical antipsychotics as the main treatment,and combination treatment is often used to obtain good efficacy,but more attention should be paid to drug interaction.
