标准化治疗方案加用胸腺肽肠溶片对耐多药肺结核患者免疫指标与安全性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化治疗方案加用胸腺肽肠溶片对耐多药肺结核患者免疫指标与安全性的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年9月锦州市传染病医院收治的116例耐多药肺结核患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组58例。对照组采用标准化治疗方案治疗,观察组采用标准化治疗方案加用胸腺肽肠溶片治疗,比较两组治疗效果、免疫指标与不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率(96.55%)高于对照组(84.48%),差异统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(10.34%)与对照组(12.07%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标准化治疗方案加用胸腺肽肠溶片对耐多药肺结核患者具有明显治疗效果,可改善免疫指标,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of standardized treatment plan plus thymosin enteric-coated tablets on immune indexes and safety of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods A total of 116 patients with multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to Jinzhou Infectious Diseases Hospital from February 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a standardized treatment plan,and the observation group was treated with a standardized treatment plan plus thymosin enteric-coated tablets.The treatment effects,immune indicators,and adverse reactions between the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.55%)was higher than that of the control group(84.48%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.34%)was not significantly different from that in the control group(12.07%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The standardized treatment plan plus thymosin enteric-coated tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with multi-drug-resistant tuberculosis,which can improve immune indicators,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
