主动免疫疗法联合黄体酮及孕康口服液治疗习惯性流产患者对疗效及转化生长因子-β1、抗子宫内膜抗体、孕激素诱导阻断因子、抗心磷脂抗体表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨主动免疫疗法联合黄体酮及孕康口服液治疗习惯性流产患者对疗效及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)、孕激素诱导阻断因子(PIBF)、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)表达的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月沈阳市苏家屯区妇婴医院收治的76例习惯性流产患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。观察组患者采用主动免疫疗法与黄体酮及孕康口服液联合治疗,对照组患者仅采用黄体酮及孕康口服液治疗,比较两组患者妊娠情况、临床症状积分及TGF-β1、EMAb、PIBF及ACA表达情况。结果观察组妊娠率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者临床症状积分下降,且观察组临床症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者TGF-β1及PIBF表达水平有所升高,EMAb与ACA表达水平有所下降,且观察组患者TGF-β1与PIBF显著高于对照组,而EMAb与ACA显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论主动免疫疗法联合黄体酮及孕康口服液治疗习惯性流产可有效提高妊娠率,改善患者临床表现,升高TGF-β1及PIBF水平,降低EMAb及ACA水平。Objective To explore the effects of active immunotherapy combined with progesterone and Yunkang Oral Liquid on TGF-β1(transforming growth factor-β1),EmAb(endometrial antibody),PIBF(progesterone induction)Blocking factor,ACA(anticardiolipin antibody)expression changes of patients with habitual abortion.Methods A total of 76 patients with habitual abortion admitted to Maternal and Child Hospital of Sujiatun District were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were given active immunotherapy combined with Yunkang Oral Solution and those in the control group were only treated with progesterone and Yunkang Oral Liquid.Pregnancy,clinical symptom score and expression of TGF-β1,EMAb,PIBF and ACA in the 2 groups were compared.Results The pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the clinical symptom score of the 2 groups decreased,and the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the expression levels of TGF-β1 and PIBF of the 2 groups of patients increased,and the expression levels of EMAb and ACA decreased,and the TGF-β1 and PIBF of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while EMAb and ACA Significantly lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with habitual abortion,active immunotherapy combined with Yun Kang Oral Solution can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,increase the expression levels of TGF-β1 and PIBF,and the expression levels of EmAb and ACA.
