摘　　要：黄芪味甘微温,作用广泛,可补气固表、托毒排脓、敛疮生肌等,历代医家对此多有阐述,且对黄芪的研究及应用也颇具特色,近代医学家张锡纯对黄芪青睐有加,广泛应用于临床各种疾病。本研究从张氏代表作《医学衷中参西录》入手,浅析了张锡纯对黄芪的应用,认为黄不仅能补升脾胃大气,还能补肝气、治消渴,不仅如此,黄芪在治疗肢体痿废、癃闭、疮疡等方面也取得了显著疗效,这些独特的用药经验打破了惯有的思维,扩大了黄芪的临床应用范围,可以《衷中录》黄芪研究为依托,借助现代科学技术的发展,进一步开发应用黄芪的药用价值,为后世医家提了新的用药思路和理论依循。Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,sweet and mild,has a wide range of functions.It can supplement qi and solidify the surface,support poison and expel pus,and gather sores and muscles.Physicians of the past dynasties have elaborated on this.The study and application of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari are also quite distinctive.Modern medical scientist ZHANG Xichun favors Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,which is widely used in various clinical diseases.The paper starts with Zhang's masterpiece Medical Chinese Medicines and analyzes the application of Zhang Xichun’s application of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari.It is believed that Radix Astragali seu Hedysari can not only improve the spleen and stomach qi,but also liver gas,cure thirst.Besides that,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari can also have significant effects on atrophy,hysteria,and sores.These unique medication experiences have broken the usual thinking and expanded the clinical application of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari.You can rely on the research of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari in Zhong Zhonglu and rely on modern science.The development of technology and the further development and application of the medicinal value of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari have provided new medical ideas and theoretical follow-ups for later generations of clinicians in clinical practice,and have far-reaching guidance and reference significance for later doctors.
