摘 要:为了探究行星齿轮减速器的传动情况,对某实际行星齿轮减速器进行了静态分析、模态分析以及裂纹对结构固有频率影响的分析。运用SolidWorks三维软件对行星齿轮减速器进行建模与装配,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对行星齿轮传动系统进行仿真模拟。分别通过瞬态动力学直接积分法和模态分析理论获得了行星齿轮轮齿啮合的应力、应变、接触压力及固有振动特性。结果表明,行星齿轮系最大应力、应变、啮合接触压力等动态特性呈现周期规律性变化,最大值出现在太阳轮的齿根处;低阶模态是齿轮设计、优化考虑的重点。在此基础上,探讨了太阳轮齿根处因应力、应变过大出现裂纹后对行星齿轮副模态的影响。该研究可为行星齿轮副传动的设计、优化及故障诊断提供参考。In order to investigate the transmission of the planetary gear reducer,the static analysis,modal analysis and the influence of the crack on the natural frequency of the structure are carried out.Firstly,SolidWorks 3D software is used to model and assemble the planetary gear reducer,then using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench platform is used to carry out a detailed simulation of the planetary gear drive system.The stress,strain,contact pressure and intrinsic vibration characteristics of planetary gear gear engagement are obtained by the method of direct integration and modal analysis.The results show that the dynamic characteristics of planetary gear system,such as maximum stress,strain and meshing contact pressure,show periodic variation,and the maximum value appears at the root of the solar wheel.Low-order modes are the focus of gear design and optimization.On this basis,the influence of the crack on the planetary gear side modes in the root of solar gear is discussed.This study can provide some reference for designing,optimizing and fault diagnosis of planetary gear coupling.
