摘  要:为研究微细水刀切割动物软组织所具有的特性及优势,用自制的直径为0.1 mm的过渡圆角喷嘴产生的微细水刀切割新鲜的猪肝脏,设定压力范围3~7 MPa,观察不同射流压力下、不同直径血管的保留情况。另设医用手术刀切割的组织切片作为对照组,通过对比切割断面微观表面形貌,研究不同切割方式对肝脏组织的影响。实验结果表明:射流压力为5 MPa时,能够保留直径为0.8 mm的血管;射流压力为6 MPa时,能够保留直径为1 mm的血管;射流压力为7 MPa时,能够保留直径为1.2 mm的血管。在微细水刀切割后的猪肝脏组织切片中,肝细胞体形完整且排列整齐,门管区结构清晰,中央静脉和胆小管结构完整,证明微细水刀具有可选择性切割和组织保护性的特点。To study the characteristics and advantages of micro waterjet cutting organic soft tissue,the fresh pig liver was cut with a self-made micro waterjet device with a transition fillet nozzle with a diameter of 0.1 mm.The pressure range was set at 3~7 MPa.The retention of blood vessels of different diameters was observed under different jet pressures.A control group of tissue slices cut with a medical scalpel and a micro water knife was also set up.By comparing the microscopic surface morphology of the cut section,the influence of different cutting methods on liver tissue was judged.When the jet pressure was 5 MPa,the blood vessel of 0.8 mm could be retained;when the jet pressure was 6 MPa,the blood vessel of 1 mm could be retained;when the jet pressure was 7 MPa,the blood vessel of 1.2 mm diameter could be retained.In the porcine liver tissue slices cut by the micro water knife,the liver cells are complete and neatly arranged,the portal area is clear,and the central vein and bile duct are intact.The micro water knife has the characteristics of selective cutting and tissue protection.
