摘  要:针对核动力装置中存在由于冲击导致系统故障的情况,以温贮备系统为研究对象,假设工作部件会受到退化与冲击的影响,而贮备部件仅会受到冲击的影响,基于Phase-type分布描述寿命、维修时间等随机变量,建立了考虑冲击的核动力装置温贮备系统可靠性模型,并推导出相关可靠性指标的解析表达式。以核动力装置冗余泵组为对象开展算例验证,分析了贮备部件数量对系统可靠性指标的影响。结果表明,在可靠性设计中,可优化确定贮备部件数量,以最低的成本获得所需的可靠性指标要求。In view of the system failure caused by shocks in nuclear power plant,the warm standby system is taken as the research object.Assuming that the working parts will be affected by degradation and shocks,while the standby components will only be affected by the shocks.Based on the Phase-type distribution,the life and the maintenance time of the system are described.And then the reliability model of the warm standby system of nuclear power plant considering the shocks is established.Meanwhile the analytic expressions of the related reliability indexes are derived.Finally,taking the redundant pump set of nuclear power plant as an example,the influence of the number of spare parts on the system reliability index is analyzed.The results show that the number of the spare parts can be optimized and the required reliability index can be obtained at the lowest cost.
