摘 要:以转Cry1Ia基因抗虫大豆株系KE1为试验材料,分析其遗传稳定性及鳞翅目靶标害虫抗性,计算实验室内和田间环境下,甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、黏虫和大豆食心虫叶面积损失率、幼虫平均校正死亡率、平均体重抑制百分率和虫食率。结果表明,KE1株系中目的基因Cry1Ia和标记基因Bar在T3~T5代中连续三代稳定遗传。KE1对靶标害虫斜纹夜蛾(S.litura)、甜菜夜蛾(S.exigua)、粘虫(M.separata)和大豆食心虫(Leguminivora glycinivorella Matsumura)等鳞翅目表现抗虫,对照植株垦农18表现感虫,说明在垦农18中Cry1Ia基因表达可提高受体垦农18对鳞翅目害虫抗虫水平。The genetic stability of transgenic Cry1Ia insect-resistant soybean line KE1 and the resistance of lepidopteran target pests were analyzed,and the leaf area loss rate,the average corrected mortality rate of the larvae and the average weight suppression percentage of the larvae in the field and laboratory environment were calculated.The results showed that gene Cry1Ia and the gene Bar which acted as marker in KE1 strain could be stably inherited for three consecutive generations in T3-T5 generation.KE1 was resistant to target pests S.litura,S.exigua,M.separata,and soybean borer(Leguminivora glycinivorella Matsumura),while the control plant Kennong 18 was susceptible to these insects,indicating that the expression of Cry1Ia gene in Kennong 18 could increase the insect resistance level of recipient Kennong 18 to lepidopteran pests.
