摘  要:为测量塑料经纱管在环锭细纱机加捻卷绕工艺过程中的振程,分析其高速旋转时的振动模型,基于激光三角法测距原理,设计单向测量振程的平台并建立评价振程的数学模型;通过实验对比不同指标对经纱管振程的反映情况,确定最佳评价指标为经纱管振程平均变异系数。研究结果表明:经纱管振程平均变异系数变化稳定,能更准确地反映其振动程度;管长为195 mm的经纱管在第一阶纱管临界转速为6 kr/min时,其振程平均变异系数值最大。In order to measure the vibration range of plastic warp tube in twisting and winding process of ring spinning machine,the vibration model of the tube when it rotates at high speed is analyzed.A unidirectional vibration measurement platform is designed and a mathematical model is established to evaluate the vibration range based on the principle of the laser triangulation ranging.The best evaluation index is determined to be mean variation coefficient of the vibration range of warp tube by comparing the reflected situation on vibration range of warp tube of different indexes.The results show that the mean variation coefficient of the vibration range of warp tube varies stably,and can reflect the vibration degree more accurately.When the critical speed in the first order of the 195 mm warp tube is 6 kr/min,the mean variation coefficient of the vibration range is the largest.
