摘  要:为了探讨最佳的纺制工艺以提升氨纶/锦纶包缠纱的质量,以2.2/4.4 tex,4.4/7.7 tex和7.7/11.1 tex氨纶/锦纶作为包缠纱的配置原料,通过改变纱线捻度、预牵伸倍数进行数据分析与参数优化,明确不同配置对纱线弹性的影响程度。研究表明,纺制2.2/4.4 tex,4.4/7.7 tex和7.7/11.1 tex氨纶/锦纶包缠纱获得最佳弹性回复性能的工艺参数分别为:氨纶预牵伸倍数为3.0,3.0,3.4;外包纱包缠捻度为1100捻/m,700捻/m,700捻/m。In order to explore the best spinning process to improve the quality of spandex/polyamide wrapped yarn,the 2.2/4.4 tex,4.4/7.7 tex and 7.7/11.1 tex spandex/polyamide are used as the wrapped yarn material,and the data analysis and parameter optimization are carried out by changing the twist and the pre-draft ratio of the yarn,and the effect of different configurations on the elasticity of the yarn is determined.The results show that when the pre-draft ratio 3.0 and 1100 T/m are selected in 2.2/4.4 tex wrapped yarn,the pre-draft ratio 3.0 and 700 T/m are selected in 4.4/7.7 tex wrapped yarn,and the pre-draft ratio 3.4 and 700 T/m are selected in 7.7/11.1 tex wrapped yarn,the elastic recovery is the best.
