纤维短流程开松梳理生产设备探讨

摘　　要：为了满足单纤维或多组分纤维短流程开松梳理的生产要求,介绍适用于易损伤特种纤维、麻、毛绒及陶瓷等特种单纤维梳理设备的原理及应用,以及用于多组分纤维开松梳理工艺短流程系统的结构与设备配置特点。指出:多组分纤维自动混料、开松、梳理成套设备可用于棉、毛、非织造、特种纤维等原料的混和、开松以及梳理,能实现小批量、多品种、短流程的多元化纺纱,满足市场个性化、差异化需求;合理选用设备与工艺对原料混和与梳理作用重要,利于提高纱线质量。In order to satisfy the production requirements for short-process opening and carding of single or multicomponent fiber,the principle and application of the carding equipments for special single fiber such as special fiber easy to damage,linen,wool and easy combing ceramic fiber,as well as the structure of short-flow system and the configuration characteristics of equipments of opening and carding process for multicomponent fiber are described.It is pointed out that complete equipments for automatic mixing,opening and carding of multicomponent fibers can be used for blending,opening and carding of raw materials such as cotton,wool,nonwovens and special fibers,and can realize diversified spinning with small batch,multiple varieties and short process and meet the personalized and differentiated needs of the market.Reasonable selection of equipments and process plays an important role in raw material blending and carding,and is beneficial to improve yarn quality.
