摘  要:为了提高气流纺纱机壳体加工精度和效率,分析加工中心铣镗工艺加工该零件存在加工内容多、成型复杂、镗刀难以选择且杆形铣刀消耗量大导致效率低、精度差等主要问题;从工艺、设备、夹具、刀具和程序等方面详细介绍新设计的数控车削工艺方案并进行验证。生产实践表明:新设计的数控车削加工工艺采用一面两销定位方式,使用多刀为主的数控车床、专用定位夹具,引进模块式强力端面槽刀和攀时公司镗刀片,并应用优化的NC程序等,加工的气流纺纱机壳体合格率保持在99%以上,生产效率提高3~5倍;数控车削加工的首要条件是将先进刀具与优化的NC程序相统一,并在生产中不断提高加工效果。In order to improve the processing accuracy and efficiency of rotor spinning machine shell,the main problems existed in milling and boring process for the parts in machining center are analyzed,such as many processing contents,complex forming,difficulty in choosing boring cutter and large consumption of rod milling cutter,which led to low efficiency and poor accuracy.The newly designed NC turning process scheme is introduced from the aspects of process,equipments,fixture,cutters and program,and the process improvement effect is verified.Production practice shows that the newly designed NC turning process adopts a positioning method of one plane and two pins,uses NC lathe based on many cutters and appropriative positioning fixture,introduces modular power end-face slotting cutter and Plansee boring cutter,and applies optimized NC program and so on.The qualified rate of the rotor spinning machine shell stays above 99%,and production efficiency increases 3~5 times with the newly designed NC turning process.The primary condition of NC turning is to unify the advanced cutters with the optimized NC program,and improve machining effect continuously in production.
