摘　　要：为了解决并条胶辊带花问题,分析胶辊带花的原因、并条胶辊的特殊要求,探讨石墨烯胶辊的应用优势,以及利用石墨烯胶辊优良导电性能和耐磨性能减少并条胶辊带花并诊断胶辊带花原因的方法;提出提升并条机用器材维护保养水平、从梳理层面统筹解决胶辊带花问题的思路。指出:应重视并条胶辊带花问题,提高梳理水平、降低半制品短绒含量并对纺纱器材科学选型。To solve the problem of drawing cots winding bearding,the reasons of cots winding bearding and the special requirements of drawing cots are analyzed,and the application advantages of graphene cots,and the methods of reducing cots winding bearding by using the excellent conductivity and wear resistance of the graphene cots and diagnosing the cause of cots winding bearding are discussed.The idea to solve the problem of cots winding bearding from the carding level is put forward by improving the maintenance level of accessories for drawing frame.It is pointed out that attention should be paid to the problem of drawing cots winding bearding in each process;the carding level should be improved,the content of short fiber in half products should be reduced and the selection of spinning accessories should be scientifically selected.
