钳口压力棒对集聚纺纯棉精梳细号纱质量的改善分析

摘　　要：为探讨集聚纺纯棉精梳细号纱使用钳口压力棒时对成纱质量的改善作用,对比分析在应用四罗拉负压集聚纺纱装置的BS516型棉纺环锭细纱机上,纺CJ 5.83 tex纱的2次试纺、6个方案的数据,以及纺CJ 9.72 tex纱2次试纺、不同机台各2个方案的数据。结果表明,在合适工艺配置条件下使用钳口压力棒对集聚纺细号纱成纱质量改善明显。To explore improvement effect of quality of combed fine cotton yarn of compact spinning by using the pressure bar of roller nip,the data of two trial spinning and six schemes of CJ 5.83 tex yarn,as well as two trial spinning and two schemes for different machines of CJ 9.72 tex yarn on cotton ring spinning frame BS516 modified by application of four roller negative pressure compact spinning device are contrasted and analyzed.The results show that the quality of combed fine cotton yarn of compact spinning can be improved obviously by using pressure bar of roller nip under suitable process configuration conditions.
