摘　　要：为了实现清梳联生产线优质高产,介绍其设备日常维护保养要求,分析状态维修模式下揩车维护保养、巡回检修、重点检修、润滑保养和电气维护保养的关键点,总结保养人员专业技能要求。指出:清梳联设备是纺织企业的高新精技术装备,应根据设备特点和生产实际建立良好的维护保养制度,做到严格执行、维修到位;通过不断提高维修保养人员的操作技能,重点关注设备生产运行中的关键问题,减少维修盲区及保养漏点等,管好开好清梳联设备并确保其稳定运行,才能满足生产高端产品的质量需求。In order to realize high quality and high yield of blowing-carding unit production line,the requirements of daily maintenance for its equipments are introduced.The key points of upkeep maintenance,patrolling overhaul,key overhaul,lubrication maintenance and electrical maintenance under the condition maintenance mode are analyzed,and the professional skills requirements of maintenance personnel are summarized.It is pointed out that the blowing-carding unit is new and high-tech equipments in textile enterprises,and good maintenance system should be established according to the characteristics of the equipments and the production actual,so as to strictly implement and maintenance in place.Only by continuously improving the operation skills of the maintenance personnel,focusing on the key problems in the equipment production and operation,reducing the maintenance blind area and maintenance leakage points,and managing the blowing-carding unit well and ensuring its stable running,can the quality requirements of high-end products be met.
