棉花国际通用标准与国棉标准比较探析

摘　　要：为了更好地使用棉花标准、提高产品质量、减少棉花交易纠纷,从棉花颜色级、长度整齐度、断裂比强度、马克隆值、杂质测定与目测叶屑、轧工质量、异性纤维等方面,对比了中国棉花标准与国际通用标准的异同;通过对标准中关键技术指标的分析,说明棉花国际通用标准和国棉标准在实际使用中存在的不足,提出了修改建议。指出:棉花国际通用标准是美国仪器化标准向全世界发展的结果,应结合主要产棉国、用棉国的棉花标准来完善;应增加棉花疵点、异性纤维等相关指标的控制标准,修正棉花长度整齐度指数、断裂比强度的控制标准,加强棉花实物样品标准的培训和强制执行,使棉花标准更加实用,减少棉花交易纠纷。In order to make better use of cotton standards,improve product quality and reduce cotton trade disputes,the similarities and differences between Chinese standards and international general standards of cotton are compared from the aspects of color grade,length uniformity,breaking strength,micronale value,impurity determination and visual inspection of leaf scraps,ginning quality and foreign fiber of cotton.Through the analysis of the key technical indexes in the standards,the deficiencies of the international general standards and the national standards of cotton in practical use are explained,and some suggestions for modification are put forward.It is pointed out that the international general standards of cotton are the result of the development of American instrumented standards to the whole world,and they should be improved by combining with the cotton standards of the major cotton producing and using countries.It is necessary to increase the control standards of cotton defects,foreign fibers and other related indexes,modify the control standards of cotton length uniformity index and breaking strength,strengthen the training and enforcement of the standards of cotton samples,so as to make the cotton standards more practical and reduce the cotton trade disputes.
