摘　　要：当代大学生已经成为青年志愿者的主力军,大数据时代的到来,对高校大学生志愿服务育人在活动、服务、主体、过程等四个维度提出了新的要求。通过综合分析大学生志愿服务育人在方法、主体、资源、管理等方面的现存问题,探究高校如何利用大数据技术创新大学生志愿服务育人机制,有效发挥高校大学生志愿服务育人功能。College students have become the main force of volunteers.The advent ofBig DataEra sets new requirements for college students’volunteer service education in four dimensions such asactivity,service,main part and process.Based on the analysis of the problems in methods,subjects,resources,management and other aspects of students’volunteer service education,it explores the approach that colleges and universities use big data technology to establish the education mecha⁃nism.
