摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出乡村振兴战略,作为国家现代化建设事业重要组成部分的乡村振兴要服从于国家现代化战略的总体部署。本文以中国乡村治理专家贺雪峰教授的《乡村振兴战略要服务老人农业》为研究对象,对乡村振兴过程中所应服务的主体问题进行了探讨。通过对贺雪峰教授的主要论点进行归纳总结,从城乡二元结构、老人农业的组织化程度、对科技创新和金融创新的接受程度、老人农业下的土地细碎化问题以及农村养老保障等多维度进行分析,对贺雪峰教授的老人农业理论进行了反思,认为乡村振兴不能依靠老人农业,现阶段乡村振兴的主要任务之一是加快构建能够有效对接市场的农业组织机制。在此基础上提出相应的建议与展望。The Report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of rural rejuvenation.As an important part of the national modernization construction,the rural rejuvenation must obey the overall deployment of the national modernization strategy.This article takes the"Village Revitalization Strategy to Serve Elderly Agriculture"as a research object by Professor He Xuefeng,an expert in rural governance in China,and discusses the main issues that should be served in the process of rural revitalization.Based on the summary of Professor He Xuefeng's main arguments,it is carried out from multiple dimensions such as the urban-rural dual structure,the degree of organization of elderly agriculture,the acceptance of technological innovation and financial innovation,the problem of land fragmentation under elderly agriculture,and rural pension security.It Analyzes and reflects on Professor He Xuefeng's theory of agriculture for the elderly.It is believed that rural rejuvenation cannot rely on agriculture for the elderly.One of the main tasks of rural rejuvenation at this stage is to accelerate the establishment of an agricultural organization mechanism that can effectively dock the market.On this basis,corresponding suggestions and prospects are put forward.
