中药新药柴石解毒颗粒毒理学实验研究

摘　　要：目的为一种治疗登革热及其并发症的中药新药柴石解毒颗粒(CSJD)提供急性毒性实验依据,了解CSJD的急性毒性作用剂量。方法通过在给药14 d的实验期间观察大鼠外观、行为、精神、对刺激的反应、分泌物、排泄物等,并在实验结束后,对所有大鼠进行大体解剖,观察其器官体积、颜色、质地等各项指标,以此观察柴石解毒颗粒的毒理作用。结果全部大鼠在给药观察期间未见异常,大体解剖肉眼观察未见明显病变及异常。结论中药复方“柴石解毒颗粒”急性毒性甚小,未见相关毒性反应,临床使用剂量安全。Objective To provide experimental basis for acute toxicity of Chaishijiedu granule(CSJD),a new Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating dengue fever and its complications.Methods The appearance,behavior,spirit,response to stimulation,secretion and excretion of rats were observed during the 14 days experiment.After the experiment,all rats were dissected,and the organ volume,color,texture and other indicators were observed to observe the toxicological effect of Chaishijiedu granule.Results No abnormality was found in all rats during the observation period,and no obvious pathological changes and abnormalities were found in gross anatomy.Conclusion The acute toxicity of Chaishijiedu granule is very small,and there is no related toxic reaction.It is safe to use Chaishijiedu granule in clinic.
