摘　　要：目的探究中成药发生药品不良反应(ADR)的原因及特点,为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2016年1月~2019年12月期间224例中成药所致ADR报告采用回顾性研究方法,从患者性别及年龄、药物类别、药物剂型、给药途径、ADR累及器官和(或)系统等方面进行统计分析。结果224例报告中,女性发生率(58.04%)高于男性(41.96%),≥60岁的患者最多(48.21%);引发ADR的给药途径以静脉给药的注射剂为主(91.96%);涉及的主要药品有8种,以补虚剂和活血剂为主,发生ADR最多的是参附注射液;ADR累及器官和(或)系统以皮肤及其附属器官为主(38.39%)。结论中成药注射剂致ADR较多,应加强院内对ADR的相关培训,减少ADR的发生。同时加强对中成药注射剂使用的安全性监测,不断提高中成药的合理使用水平。Objective To explore the causes and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)of Chinese patent medicines,and provide references for the promotion of clinical rational drug use.Methods The 224 reports of ADR caused by Chinese patent medicines reported in our hospital from 2016 to 2019 were retrospectively studied using a retrospective study method,from the patient’s gender and age,drug category,drug formulation,route of administration,and ADR involvement on organs and(or)systems.Results Among the 224 reports,the incidence of female(58.04%)was higher than male(41.96%),and the majority of patients aged over 60(48.21%);the main administration route was intravenous drip(91.96%);8 varieties of Chinese patent medicines had adverse reactions,mainly tonic drugs and blood circulation drugs,the most frequent occurrence of ADR was Shenfu injection;the most ADR had involved skin and its accessories(38.39%).Conclusion Chinese patent medicine injections had caused a lot of ADR,and relevant training in hospital should be strengtened to reduce the occurrence of ADR.At the same time,strengthen the safety monitoring of the use of Chinese Patent Medicine injections,and continuously improve the rational use of Chinese Patent Medicines.
