阿苯达唑片治疗肝包虫病的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究肝包虫病临床治疗中应用阿苯达唑片的效果。方法从门诊2017年2月~2018年2月选取104例肝包虫病患者,将患者随机分成两组,每组52例,一组为对照组,采用吡喹酮片治疗。另一组为观察组,采用阿苯达唑片治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果,肝功能相关指标,以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.15%,比对照组80.76%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的肝功能指标均有所下降,但观察组的间接胆红素(IBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)、总胆红素(TBil)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)比对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率3.85%,比对照组36.54%明显更低(P<0.05)。结论相比吡喹酮片,阿苯达唑片用于治疗肝包虫病的疗效更加显著,并且对患者肝功能的损伤减少,不良反应更少。Objective To explore the effect of albendazole tablets in the clinical treatment of hepatic hydatid disease.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020 in our hospital,104 patients with hepatic hydatid disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups,52 cases in each group.And the control group was treated with praziquantel tablets.The other group is the observation group,treated with albendazole tablets.Observe and compare The treatment effects,liver function-related indicators,and adverse reactions of the observation group were in controst to those of the control group.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 80.76%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the liver function indexes of the two groups of patients decreased,but the indirect bilirubin(IBil),direct bilirubin(DBil),total bilirubin(TBil)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.85%,which was significantly lower than 36.54%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with praziquantel tablets,albendazole tablets are more effective in the treatment of hepatic hydatid disease,and have less damage to the liver function of patients,with fewer adverse reactions.
