多糖铁胶囊治疗妊娠合并缺铁性贫血的临床效果及不良反应发生情况探讨

摘　　要：目的探究多糖铁胶囊对妊娠合并缺铁性贫血孕产妇的临床治疗效果及不良反应的出现情况。方法本研究在2020年7月~2020年9月就诊的患者中,以随机法抽选出98例妊娠合并缺铁性贫血确诊者作为观察对象。对患者行数字编号,按编号分组后施以不同治疗方法。1~49编号者纳为对照组,以琥珀酸亚铁片进行治疗,50~98编号者纳为研究组,以多糖铁复合物胶囊进行治疗。以统计学比较组间观察指标,即临床疗效、治疗前后的血液生化指标水平、治疗期间不良反应情况,以评价治疗效果。结果对照组、研究组临床有效率分别为71.43%、91.84%,研究组明显更高(P<0.05);治疗前,组间血液生化指标水平进行比较,结果提示无差异性(P>0.05),治疗结束后再次比较,研究组患者改善效果更明显(P<0.05);对照组、研究组不良反应发生率分别为14.29%、2.04%,研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠合并缺铁性贫血患者,多糖铁胶囊治疗效果显效,可有效改善患者的血液生化指标,促进患者症状的改善,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of polysaccharide iron capsules on pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia.Methods In this study,98 patients diagnosed with iron-deficiency anemia in pregnancy were randomly selected from the patients who visited the clinic from July 2020 to September 2020 as the observation objects.Numerically number the patients,group them according to the number,and then apply different treatment methods.Those with numbers 1 to 49 were treated with ferrous succinate tablets,and those with numbers 50 to 98 were treated with polysaccharide iron complex capsules.The observation indexes between the groups were statistically compared,that is,clinical efficacy,blood biochemical index levels before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment to evaluate the treatment effect.Results The clinical effective rates of the control group and the study group were 71.43%and 91.84%,respectively,which was significantly higher in the study group(P<0.05);before treatment,the blood biochemical index levels between the groups were compared,and the results showed no difference(P>0.05).Compared again after the treatment,the improvement effect of patients in the study group was more obvious(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rates of the control group and the study group were 14.29%and 2.04%,respectively,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of pregnant patients with iron deficiency anemia,polysaccharide iron capsules have a good therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the blood biochemical indexes of the patients,promote the improvement of the symptoms of the patients,and will not cause serious adverse reactions,and have better security.
