参松养心胶囊治疗心衰对患者左心室功能和心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参松养心胶囊治疗心力衰竭(心衰)对患者左心室功能和心率变异性的影响。方法2018年8月~2020年4月选择心内科收治的心衰患者120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法把患者分为研究组与对照组各60例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予参松养心胶囊治疗,两组都治疗观察1个月,记录治疗前后左心室功能和心率变异性变化情况。结果治疗后研究组的总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的86.7%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的左室射血分数(LVEF)值高于治疗前,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)值低于治疗前,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组与对照组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的RMSSD与PNN50值高于治疗前,研究组高于对照组,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊治疗心衰能改善患者的左心室功能,促进心率变异性恢复正常,从而提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effects of Shensongyangxin capsule in the treatment of heart failure on left ventricular function and heart rate variability.Methods From August 2018 to April 2020,120 cases of patients with heart failure who were admitted to the cardiology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.All the cases were divided into the study group and control group with 60 cases each group accorded to the random number table method.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the study group were given Shensongyangxin Capsules on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated and observed for 1 month,and changes in left ventricular function and heart rate variability were recorded before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the study group were 96.7%,which were higher than 86.7%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)value of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd)value were lower than before treatment,compared the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference compared between the study group and the control group were also statistically significant(P<0.05).The RMSSD and PNN50 values of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the study group were higher than that of the control group,compared the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shensongyangxin Capsule can improve the left ventricular function of patients with heart failure,promote the normalization of heart rate variability,and improve the therapeutic effect.
