地方高校一流学科建设的困境及其突破——基于路径依赖理论的视角

摘　　要：建设一流学科是地方高校势在必行的选择。路径依赖理论可为地方高校突破一流学科的建设困境提供理论框架。地方高校一流学科建设在资源配置、学科管理、学科定位、发展路径、人才队伍等方面存在依赖现象。这些现象的存在往往与学科政策依赖、学科治理体系不够完善、人才队伍建设不足、经费筹措不利以及学科建设定位脱离地方发展实际需要等多种原因联系在一起。要突破路径依赖,明晰一流学科评价标准、创新学科建设制度、立足地方发展需要、拓宽经费渠道、完善教师队伍建设等,就是其必然选择。"First Class"discipline construction is imperative for Local Colleges and Universities.Path dependence theory can help solve the problems in the Construction of"First Class"Disciplines in Local Colleges and Universities.Path dependence hinders the construction of"First Class"disciplines in local colleges and universities in the aspects of resource allocation,discipline management,discipline positioning,development path,and talent cultivation,which are the results of discipline policy dependence,poor discipline management,weak talent team building,insufficient financing and negligence of the practical need of local development.It is necessary to clarify the evaluation criteria,innovate discipline constructing system,meet the needs of local development,expand financing channels,and improve teachers'training in order to find a breakthrough in the dilemma of path dependence.
